OVERVIEW

Welcome to Li’s Christian Art & Home. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Li’s Christian Art & Home.

Li’s Christian Art & Home operates this website and store, including its related content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.

Because some products feature artwork, handcrafted elements, or production variations, minor differences in color, placement, texture, glaze, finish, or appearance may occur where disclosed in the applicable product description. These minor variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products and to limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we have confirmed the order. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided with the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to change or cancel an order after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

You represent that products purchased through the Services will not be resold, exported, or used for any unlawful purpose without our prior written authorization.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of errors as permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Promotions may be governed by additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, shipping, and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and agree to pay all authorized charges associated with the purchase.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.

Questions concerning delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered orders will be handled according to our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents—including artwork displayed with permission, trademarks, brand names, logos, text, photographs, product images, graphics, videos, audio, page designs, and the selection and arrangement of such materials—are owned by Li’s Christian Art & Home, our artists, licensors, service providers, or other respective rights holders.

Shopify’s name, logo, products, and service names are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, artwork, and marks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Li’s Christian Art & Home is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Li’s Christian Art & Home. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders or resolving claims concerning products purchased from us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and Li’s Christian Art & Home.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel or modify affected orders where permitted by applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
